Monthly “subscription” entitles each member no more than 12 sessions per month (capped at three sessions per week).
- Clients may reserve one class per day up to 14 days in advance. You must have a valid credit card on file.
- All correspondence is done through email or text – wait list notifications, receipts, confirmations, and cancellations. So please, make sure you have an active email address entered in your account profile, and the Email Opt-In button checked. Don’t worry, this email is only used for important communication, not spam. To ensure your spam filter will allow our emails through, you should add “firstname.lastname@example.org” and +1.646.416.0777 to your contact list, address book, or whitelist. Search the help section of your email provider to find details on how to do this.
- Kindly provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Full fees (or forfeiture of session from package/membership) will be charged if changes are made to your confirmed session within 48 hours of our scheduled meeting time, this includes “late cancel” and/or “no show” fees. Sharing or splitting packages is not permitted.
- All sales are final; no refunds, exchanges or gifting forward.
