RESERVATION POLICY:

Clients may reserve one class per day up to 14 days in advance. You must have a valid credit card on file.

CORRESPONDENCE POLICY:

All correspondence is done through email or text - wait list notifications, receipts, confirmations, and cancellations. So please, make sure you have an active email address entered in your account profile, and the Email Opt-In button checked. Don't worry, this email is only used for important communication, not spam. To ensure your spam filter will allow our emails through, you should add "hello@pilatesmastery.org" and +1.646.416.0777 to your contact list, address book, or whitelist. Search the help section of your email provider to find details on how to do this.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Kindly provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Full fees will be charged if changes are made to your confirmed session within 48 hours of our scheduled meeting time, this includes “late cancel” and/or “no show” fees. Packages expire three months from date of purchase. Sharing or splitting packages is not permitted.

REFUND POLICY:

All sales are final; no refunds, exchanges or gifting forward.
No refunds are given to students who do not graduate.
